Penwortham
 
A comprehensive refurbishment of an old bungalow in Ruishton, Somerset, modernized to contemporary standards. The project included a complete internal layout redesign, the addition of new bathrooms, a garden room extension, and the transformation of workshops into a utility room and an additional bedroom with an en-suite. The kitchen layout was also reimagined for improved functionality and style. Completed between 2020 and 2021.
Magpie Villa

A bespoke design for a luxury villa in Vilamoura, Algarve, completed between 2002 and 2006. The property features nine en-suite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, lounge, a basement games room, and an outdoor barbecue area overlooking the swimming pool.

Devon farmhouse extension
​

A proposed extension to a traditional farmhouse in rural Devon, designed to enlarge the ground floor lounge and create an en-suite master bedroom on the upper floor. Planning consent was secured in 2021, though the project was never built.
